I had a nice experience at UPad Taft. The room was well-maintained (hotel) and everything was functioning properly. I chose the location because it was close to where I needed to attend an event, but besides that, you’ll have access to good restaurants and coffee shops. The best feature here are the staff. They are friendly, helpful, polite, and customer-service oriented.

For a budget-friendly option, it exceeded my expectations with a fantastic location close restaurants. The staff truly stood out—friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay, and while the decor is simple, it adds to the charm of the place. If you’re looking for a cozy, affordable hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend this one!!!

The bed is so soft, room is clean, water pressure is good. However, adding the following would make this a perfect stay:
1. Facial Tissue
2. Cotton Buds
3. Rug outside the bathroom so the room doesn't get wet after shower

Our group of five recently stayed at Upad Hotel, and we had a fantastic experience! From the friendly staff to the seamless check-in, everything went smoothly. Our rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable.
The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we loved the variety at breakfast. The hotel also offered great amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, Upad Hotel was an excellent choice for our group, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting!

We stayed here for the PDC that was held at CSB. Booking was so easy and convenient. Unfortunately, their rooms got fully booked, which is why I took the chance to message them to put me on the waitlist should there be a cancellation. Fortunately, Matthew contacted me, and we were able to book the room for 2 nights. We also extended due to the program. Place is convenient and they also have strong wifi. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!
