two special occasions, the Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day, bringing together the spirit of
good fortune and heartfelt appreciation.


Across our properties including UPad Taft, UPad Ubelt, and UPad Hotel, residents and guests
joined in celebrations that strengthened connection and community.


To welcome the Lunar New Year, we introduced our Tree of Luck, a symbol of positivity and new
beginnings. Residents and hotel guests were invited to write and hang their wishes for
prosperity, success, and happiness on its branches. From students pursuing their dreams to
guests seeking new opportunities, each wish represented hope for a brighter year ahead. The
activity brought a sense of unity and optimism, reminding everyone that the future is full of
possibilities when shared within a supportive community.


At the same time, our Valentine’s celebration filled the space with warmth, music, and sweet
moments. Guests enjoyed delightful treats, festive decorations, and live acoustic performances
that created a joyful and welcoming atmosphere. More than the activities themselves, it was
the laughter, conversations, and genuine connections that made the celebration truly special.
